Look And Listen

As I look and listen to him I realize that:*He is having to learn way to much on the job. *His leadership style is situational. Therefore, we should not expect it to rise to the level of being transformation. His mediocrity is the new normal.*He is not a student of history or political science in any manner. Therefore, we should not be shocked that he is inept.*His communication is very folksy, unpolished, and common. He does not posses presidential vernacular; and at age 70, he never will.
